New USCIS Filing Fees

As of April 1, 2024, all applications filed with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service must abide the new filing schedule. Many application types were effected, most notably, the filing fee for the commonly used nonimmigrant worker form, I-129, saw an increase which varies depending on several factors, such as size of the petitioning US company and if it holds a status as a non-profit.

For most E2 applications, the filing fee has increased to $810.00. This fee has to be paid in two parts, with $510.00 going towards the actual filing fee, and an additional $300.00 going towards the "Asylum Program Fee".

The exact filing fees are different for large employers or for non-profits.
